Eurofirms Foundation was born more than 10 years ago, as a result of the social commitment of Eurofirms Group, and its mission is to achieve a fairer and more inclusive society. We work to normalize disability and to promote the culture of equality in the world of work.
International company: our presence in different countries has fostered the creation of a multicultural team, made up of people of various nationalities, which enriches us professionally and culturally. Along the same lines, all our selection processes are focused on finding the best professionals for each profile, regardless of age, gender, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic status.
Inclusive work environments: through the Eurofirms Foundation, we have carried out a study to show the inclusiveness of working environments in companies in Spain, assessing issues related to accessibility, responsibilities, training and information, treatment and professional relations perceived by people with disabilities in relation to their work.
