Proprietary technology for people management: The commitment to innovation is one of the pillars of Eurofirms Group, which has led to the development of technological resources that improve the management of people and reduce environmental impact. One of our main actions is to reduce paper consumption, until it can be completely removed in the near future. This measure consists of several actions and indicators:
- Internal and external awareness of the importance of not printing documentation: e-mails, contracts and other information.
- Continuous improvement and dissemination of our platform for electronic signature of documents, through the web and the Eurofirms app.
- Digital archive of contractual documentation (both customers and employees).
- Culture that encourages recycling: use of recycled paper for documentation that must be printed on paper.
- Index tracking of electronically and digitally signed versus paper-based documentation.
- Time control app, which completely removed the use of paper time slots.
- Digital catalogues: we have eliminated any paper catalogue or presentation.
